Simply place the pouches inside the fight gear and leave it overnight. Over time, the natural charcoal of the Deoderisers will absorb the moisture and remove the bacteria causing bad smells.

• Charcoal is a highly absorbant materia, great at removing moisture, which prevents buildup of bad smells 
• Prevent bacteria from growing in your fight gear, which can eat away at the foam padding and shorten it's lifespan.

• Every month or so leave them in the Sun for a few hours to recharge. You can do this for up to 1 year.
